One of our ingrown demons is our need to compare ourselves without peers constantly or at least to “check” our progress at milestones.

Sometimes the stress reaches a point where there is so much tension and overwork in our brains that you feel like vomiting, dizzy, function on serious lack of sleep and wake up sweating in your bed in the morning.
